Both rooms have french windows with delightful views over the grass field and valley. The living / dining room with comfortable seating has one table for 6 people, TV, sofa and fireplace with french windows leading onto the covered balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped opening onto the living /diningroom area. A spacious terrace with a barbecue area, overlooking the swimming pool. Exterior: Private swimming pool (6 metres long and 2.70. The depth is from 1.20 metre. Pool side shower.
