We are a teriffic value, you can rent one unit, several units or the whole property.
Imagine a peaceful & exotic lush tropical garden where you can
relax in a hammock in the shady gardens filled with fruit trees,
all kinds of blooming flowers & orchids which attract butterflies
hummingbirds & songbirds.....all set on 1.5 acres right in the center of
the beach, where you can easily walk to all Negril's attractions including all kinds of watersports,local jerk stands,tasty snack shops,beach bars,
restaurants in every price range as well as interesting & colorful crafts
markets & boutiques.
Spend your day taking in all the flavors of Negril,or just
hang out under a favorite palm tree.
American-style comforts in our rentals & exceptional
hospitality from our friendly & caring Jamaican staff
will make you feel right at home.

Personal service & Negril's best staff will make sure your
vacation dreams come true....
extra services such as theraputic massage,hand laundry and
nanny serivce are easily arranged on your request to our manager.
Our beach guard makes it easy for your lounge to be placed
right on the sand for sunning or in the shade of beachfront palm trees.
He will also arrange for local operators to give you the best rates on
any of the wide range of watersports that Negril is so justly famous for.
He will be glad to watch your belongings should you choose to do
watersports or take a walk.
If you wish to read a book or take a nap he will make sure
you are not disturbed.
Our night watchman is on duty patrolling our grounds
from sunset til sunrise while you sleep.
Our 2 & 3 bedroom,spacious & comfortable family-style
cottages are designed for maximum beach life enjoyment &
offer casual beachfront living,each cottage is fully screened,
and has ceiling fans in all rooms.
You can even order a delicious home cooked Jamaican meal,
as we include cook service for one meal per day in our COTTAGE rates only, (guests provide all groceries needed for meal preparation)
Every cottage has 1 Kingsize bed, there are 2 single beds
in each of the other bedrooms.
The cottages include full kitchens, & daily maid service
We also feature 3 lovely spacious & luxurious oceanfront
1 BR suites with daily maid service, each suite has a kingsize bed
all are fully air-conditioned & have private verandas out on the beachfront
We have a casual un-hotel type setting with only eight rental
units to suit individual tastes, this makes Nirvana the best choice for
a private hideaway vacation spot right on the beach.
There are no planned activities or schedules, our manager & staff will
be happy to help you arrange activities of all kinds, from a full array
of beachfront watersports like snorkeling, SCUBA, para-sailing, bananna boat rides, jet-skiing, windsurfing & more, as well as romantic sunset cruises.
Nirvana even has 2 two-man kayaks on the beach for the use of our guests.
There is a swing set & adorable play house for the kids
right out on the beachfront.
Our thatch roofed garden gazebo is a natural & fully shaded
gathering spot for Nirvana guests to meet & share conversation.
A BBQ grill is also available at your request.

transportation needs, including airport transfers at
reasonable rates and will check with you each day if asked.
They are available for grocery shopping & can easily take you on
shopping trips for beautiful Jamaican handicrafts in local markets,
or even on fully guided day trips to the beautiful Jamaican countryside
where there are several pristine waterfalls which are a nature lover's delight,an exotic market day trip to nearby Savanna La Mar,the thrilling
Black River Safari, scenic Lover's Leap and many other special & beautiful tours.......just ask us!
The professionally designed new Negril Hills 18-hole Golf Course is a
ten-minute drive from our gate.

Add 6.5% JA hotel tax and
10% gratuity for the staff as your tip to all rentals.
Roll-a-way beds are available in any unit to accommodate extras.
All units have in-room security boxes.
We are at a 30% discount from the above WINTER rates in the
off-season, from May 1 to Dec. 15

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% Deposit is required to hold reservations at Nirvana.
This is because we have such a limited number of rental units & we will
refuse any potential inquiries for the unit & the dates you have reserved.
Your deposit guarantees that the reservation you have made will be held for you.
All deposits received will be confirmed by email or regular mail.
Balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless alternative
arrangements have been made in writing.
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.
