It is ideally located just a stones throw from the beach, shops, cafes etc. Buses run into Benidorm regularly. La Cala is a modern resort with a sandy beach and lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops.
Although a ONE bedroom apartment, the balcony has been turned into a "conservatory" (windows fully open when wanted), but this means that this can be a 2nd bedroom (curtains) fitted with a double bed size sofabed. This apartment has THREE tv´s, dvd etc and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED throughout, and centrally heated for when required. Ultra modern kitchen has oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
