Local Area DetailsThe Villa Linods Kalliopi is situated on the magnificent Lindos Vlicha Vlicha Bay. With stunning views and the beach and local shops nearby ,plus many other activities close at hand the position of the Villa is envied by many.
The city of Rhodes is located at the far northern end of the island including the site of the ancient and modern commercial harbor.Known as THE SUNSHINE ISLAND,Rhodes boasts and basks in more than 300 days of sunshine every year. Villa Lindos Kalliopi is superbly positioned very close to Lindos one of the key attractions of Rhodes. World famous and packed with history,tradition and charm,fine dining and an array of activities that cater for all tastes.
As well as the quiet beach area cove of Vliha Bay that Villa Lindos Kalliopi overlooks you have nearby Plakia beach at Pefkos. We also recommend a 15 minute drive to Glistra beach.Other highlights we can suggest are Monolithos Castle perched on a rock 787 feet high and dating from before 1480. A 14th Century Byzantine Chapel named Nikolaos Foundoukli (Saint Nicholas of the Hazelnuts) is worth a visit for the magnificent and ancient wall paintings. The village of Siana stands on the south side of the 823m high Mount Akramytis and is famous for exquisite honey and the impressive church of Agios. Hunt down the quaint water side taverna when you drive down the glorious Glyfada Bay-our personal favourite place on Rhodes. You could choose the odd Winery or Olive Grove a sandy or a pebble beach,breathtaking archaeological sites, a quiet life or a vibrant night life....Rhodes is the perfect place to find absoloute balance.

Boutique standard, this chic and exquisite Rhodes Villa rental is furnished and finished to very high standards - offering the most amazing sea and mountain views. VILLA LINDOS KALLIOPI is now taking bookings for 2009 (dates booking fast so contact us today to secure yourdates) and 2010 dates.
The cost per week covers full private use of Villa Lindos Kalliopi for up to six people, 3 bedrooms inclusive.
The villa will be cleaned weekly. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning changes on request payable locally for a small charge Long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks and a discount can be negotiated.
To reserve a deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure.
Our preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers. Other days of the week possible depend on time of year. Please call or e mail to discuss your request.
If your booking Villa Kalliopi within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve.
A £250 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay. At the moment payment is in GBP by personal cheque or Internet bank transfer .
