This new property, finished in the spring of 2002 is of a high standard, equipped with all the facilities and near to Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Mijas, just 20 minutes to Fuengirola and 40 to Marbella.
A two and a half hour drive will get you to the ski slopes of Sierra Nevada in the winter and spring period. Ideal situation for visiting the typical villages of Malaga.
There are many picturesque routes into the mountains and lake areas are all within 20 minutes of the villa.
Surrounded by flat cultivated land set with orange and lemon groves. 10 mins walk to the town of Alhaurin el Grande with many good restaurants, and bars to suite all age groups also plenty of shopping, discos and banks.
It is in a quiet and peaceful place where you can enjoy the open air, away from the urban pollution. Your can enjoy the best typical Spanish food including fresh fish locally in bars and restaurants.
