There are a couple of bars withing walking distance. In Algorfa there are more bars. Guardamar which is around twenty minutes away has lots of bars and night life. And of course Torrevieja has everything. You are in the middle of an area that has lots of little one horse towns with quaint bars either Spanish or ex pat owned.

About Beaches

Some of the best beaches in all of Spain are around twenty minutes away at Guardamar del Segura. Long, clean and white.

About Nightlife

Although the apartment is situated in a quiet area. Torrevieja and Guardamar are both twenty minutes away. Both places have a great nightlife. Catering for young and old alike. Plenty of clubs, pubs and bars. Alicante itself is a beautiful place and has evrything you need.

About Shopping

There are lots of mid sized super market around ten minutes drive away. But for the serious shopper there is a massive Carrefour on the outskirts of Torrevieja. The size of a small town it has everything. Adjacent to the giant store is Habeneras a shopping centre/mall with lots of different types of retail outlets. Zara, C&A, Celio, InterSport as well as lots of other this is a brilliant centre that is sure to have what you need. Just a walk away from both these places are a bowling alley, cinema, arcade, fast food outlets as well as restaurants. Well worth a visit.

About Golfing

The property is part of the La Finca Golf Course development. La Marquesa, Villamartin Las Ramblas and Campoamor are all within 15 minute drive from this property. Campoamor requires a 36 or less handicap, Tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamor No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses. In addition you can also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round. For the hard to please a 35 minute drive further south will bring you to La Manga the world famous golf resort, with three eighteen hole courses to choose from. What more can the enthusiastic golfer ask for! Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap card to play.

Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 5 minute drive from this property.
