Bright and spacious 425 square feet studio with an open beam vaulted ceiling in the living room with covered ski light.

The living area has wall to wall carpet, double bed , double futon couch, 5 drawer dresser, Anwaa with stereo system and 8 totes for storage.

The kitchen, hall and bathroom have Pergo flooring.

The kitchen is fully furnished for meals with pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster dining room table and chairs and most of what else you can think of.

The 9’ hallway has a 6’ closet with a 4 drawer dresser and a 2’ closet with 8 wire baskets for storage.

The bathroom has a full shower; toilet and corner sink with vanity.

The outside patio has a full metal table and 4 chairs with a wonderful fountain for calming sounds.
