I'm a Canadian chinese landlord that's been taking care of a few short
term rental units. If you're planning to visit Beijing and would like
to stay in a new, clean, safe environment yet not wanting to pay for
hotel/serviced apartment prices, please consider renting a 2 bedroom or
a
3 bedroom apartment. All of my previous tenants were extremely happy
with their stay. The location is also great since it's in the heart of
CBD
or the financial district. Walking distance to JianWai SOHO,ACLS, China
World Trade Center, CBD, Walking to Guo Mao Subway is only 15 mins or 5 mins cab ride ($US1.3)
Rent includes all furnitures and appliances.
Prices flucuates depending on dates and different amenities needed.
Prices includes: Heating fee, management fee, telephone fee, hot water
fee, and water fees. Electricity ,ADSL, cleaning service are EXTRA
