Electric heaters are provided in all rooms along with portable electric oil raidiators. Outside. Car parking is available at the front of the house and there is a gated front diveway for added security. The rear of the garden is gated and has plenty of space for children to play. For alfresco dining there is the use of the modern fixed BBQ, and gazebo along with dining table and chairs. Pool/Outside. At the rear of the property there is a large pool, (6 meters by 3.5 meters) for sole use of the guests. The pool has removable ladders for added saftey of little ones and comes with solar heated cover, which will raise the temperature of the water by up to 8 or 10 degrees during the summer months,and is avialable for the sole use of the guests form April to late October. Alongside the pool are loungers/deckchairs for sunlovers and a gazebo for those who enjoy the more shaded areas. A seperate bistro style table and chairs is situated on the rear terrace. Games are provided for children and adult entertainment, including outdoor chess and there is a large tennis net along with rackets.
