This gorgeous, historic 17th century restored convent with faded green shutters and terracotta roofs has a chlorine-free swimming pool with views over the hills. 5 double bedrooms (1 twin, 2 can be twins) all have modern ensuite bathrooms, crisp white sheets, fluffy towels, books to borrow and original modern art. We have a sitting-room to relax in and a reading room complete with stone balcony to snooze in. Eat breakfast in the huge, beamed kitchen or in the walled garden. The Madonna on the roof watches over you in this tranquil, inspirational setting. There are hammocks to daydream in, ping pong and boules to play and the village shops (butchers, bakers, grocers, tabacs, bank etc.) will provide pretty well everything you need in two minutes walk. There are lots of restaurants in the surrounding towns and villages.
