It has a large common area and a gardens at the front and back, with 2 open carports on the driveway and lots of parking spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking facilities, basic cutleries, crockery, refrigerator, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, washing machine, and other electrical appliances (frying pan, kettle, rice cooker). Specifications may vary slightly from time to time as equipment and facilities are replaced or upgraded.

The master bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and its own toilet and showers. The other three bedrooms have beds for two persons each and there is a central shower and toilet facilities.
