A beautiful unrestricted view of Lake Manitoba. The cabin sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by numerous trees for privacy and shade. The unit is 300 feet from the lake which is a wonderful resource for fishing, swimming, boating and skiing.

Beach Description
The beach is coarse sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is clear fresh water. There are good swimming conditions in luke warm water. There is a dock.
Local Area DetailsWalk, Drive or Transit to Shopping and Dining
The cottage is approximately 20 minutes from Winnipegosis which has excellent grocery shopping, two fine but small restaurants along with a large bar that features country and Western music. Dauphin is a 50 minute drive to the west and features a number of fine restaurants, a large shoping mall, 18 hole golf course and recreation complex including an indoor pool with a mall. Ste Rose du Lac is 35 minutes south featuring a hotel that is a typical country bar, two major grocery stores, liquor store, clothing, jewellry and furniture.
Walk, Drive or Transit to Ocean or Lake
The cottage is only 300 feet from a semi-private beach 9, used only by 5 other cottages. As well, Manipogo Park is only a 7 minute drive featuring play structures, change houses, showers, a concession stand and, for overflow guests, a campground.
Walk, Drive or Transit to Golf Course
There are three nine hole courses nearby in McCreary, Ste Rose du Lac and Winnipegosis. Two top notch 18 hole courses are a 50 and 75 minute drive away near Dauphin and Gilber Plains respectively. All have power golf carts to rent. Expect to spend $15 for 9 holes and $25 - 30 for an 18 hole round.
