Property Details of Lanzarote House
Stunning triplex just 50 metres from the sea, in the tranquil coastal village of Punta Mujeres. Fully fitted kitchen & living/dining area.
The master bedroom has a separate dressing area, en suite bathroom and private balcony with views to the sea, and over the communal pool area. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes, one set of bunk beds and a single bed (the single bed can be removed if not need). These two bedrooms are on the top floor. Bedroom Three has two single beds, built in wardrobes and is on the ground floor, next to the second bathroom.There is also a large front terrace overlooking the pool. The access to the pool is via the front patio which leads onto the communal pool area. Extra facilities include an indoor table tennis which is in the basement games room; two adult bikes and two children's bikes, (more bikes available on request) which could be used to explore the village of Punta Mujeres and neighbouring villages. For the more brave hearted you can cycle up to Haria to visit the Saturday market set in the heart of a traditional canarian inland village. To respect future guests we request that smoking be limited to outside areas only. We also request that the towels provided are not taken to the beach.
Local Area DetailsPunta Mujeres has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village along with all amenities needed ie restaurants supermarkets bakers sea front tapas bars etc A wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote life style The islands only 18 hole golf course situated in Costa Teguise is only a 15 minute drive away Jameos del Agua Cactus Garden Mirador del Rio Green Caves and the Valley of a Thousand Palms being only 10 minutes drive away where there is a Saturday morning local craft market Close by are fantastic beaches that are child friendly The neighbouring village of Arrieta boasts one of the best family beaches on the island which has a tapas beach bar and restaurant toilets and shower facilities This is a stunning location to enjoy the unusual black sands and the scenic mountain landscape of rural Lanzarote The historic village of Teguise where you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market all this is only a 15 minute drive The islands capital is 30 minutes drive where the airport is located
