Casa O Caracol is a beautiful villa with private pool (heated if required) set in a mature secluded plot of land with fruit trees, shrubs and lawn. The property has views of the sea and the local 9 hole golf course. It is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area of Vale do Milho (Valley of Maize) in Carvoeiro, a car is recommended but not essential as the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance . On two levels, the ground level has two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room, kitchen, an airy lounge/dining area, guest WC and entrance hall. The lounge and one of the bedrooms have patio door access to the back terrace. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, en suite shower/bathroom, the room has patio doors opening up onto its own private balcony with panoramic views out to sea. Although not pictured the lounge will have a 2 seater and 3 seater seattee (we are awaiting delivery soon before we can take the pictures) Outside is a terrace area, with shade if needed, table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a built in BBQ for all your outdoor needs and a mature garden with lawn. The property has a 9m x 4.5m pool that can be heated (additional cost). It has its own drive with carport for one car and unshaded for 2 cars. This property has every ingredient for a fun packed & enjoyable family holiday.
