It is set in it's own grounds with no passing traffic to disturb the peace & tranquility of the area. The house is set on two levels, on the first floor there is two bedrooms, a double and a twin room, a bathroom, kitchen & dining room. On the top floor there is a large living room with open fireplace, a double & a single bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Outside there is a large garden to wander around in with lots of tropical fruits, a swimming pool in it's own fenced in area so small children can not enter, a large roofed in terrace and a built in barbeque.

Local Area Details

The nearest beach is Torrenueva and the town of Motril is only 10 minutes away.The Costa Tropical offers a Spanish atmosphere with friendly & courteous locals. It is an area rich in Spanish culture and just waiting to be explored. Motril the closest town has plenty of shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, where they still give free tapas, everything you could possibly want and the beaches close by, stretch for miles in both directions. Malaga airport is only an hour and a half's drive away. The house is a good base for sightseeing and exploring. 1 hour's drive away from; Granada with it's famous Alhambra Palace, Nerja caves along the coast, the ski resort of Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada mountains and the Alpujarra villages worth a visit for local wines and produce.
