With built in fitted wardrobe. The cortijo has natural air conditioning. Windows have fitted or insertable mesh screens so you can let in the mountain breezes without letting in insects. The bedrooms being downstairs are also several degrees cooler than the living area. The patio door in lounge has a detachable mesh screen to allow you to keep it open.

Notes: Children must be accompanied by adults when outside. Parents fully responsible for unaccompanied children. Every effort has been made to make cortij and outside areas safe as possible for children. Stair gates can be hired locally ( Nerja next to SUPERSOL). Mesh screening around open pool area (where it appears to be open ranch pole fencing). Air conditioning is by mesh screens which fit over most windows to let in cool mountain breezes. Detachable screen for patio door in lounge and window by stairs. Gates erected to protect children must be kept bolted. There is a garden area where small children could play. It is surrounded by banked slopes with trees and plants and is fenced and gated. NEW 2007 - 4 seater swing bench in+ shaded pergola poolside. OUTDOOR DINING TABLE - with large parasol.
