Bedroom with twin beds, bedside tables & lamps, chest of drawers and mirror, wardrobe and hairdryer.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with half bath, separate shower cubicle, wc and sink with vanity unit.
Kitchen: Kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Living Rooms: Living room with double easy open sofa bed, TV, satellite receiver, CD player, coffee table, dining room table and 4 chairs with double sliding doors leading out to the patio.
Other: Patio with 2 sun loungers, table with 4 chairs and parasol, barbeque, clothes airer and mature gardens lining the garden path.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: A small welcome pack is provided to enable quests to make themselves a drink on arrival. Also a weekly maid cleaning and linen change service is also provided although we endevour to provide 2 sets of towels per guest.

Local Area DetailsLocated in a prime location of the popular resort of Playa Blanca this recently refurbished bungalow is an ideal base for a wonderfully relaxing holiday Playa Flamingo beach shops bars and restaurants along with the town and harbour are all just a few minutes walk away Alternatively you can simply relax on the south facing terrace or have a dip in the large communal pool The local Spar supermarket is also just a couple of minutes walk away so no need to haul your shopping far CoastBeach Playa Blanca itself lies on the southern tip of Lanzarote and is popular with visitors who enjoy the year round climate along with the gentle breeze off the mountains Playa Flamingo beach is just a 5 minute walk away with promonade fronted cafes and restaurants providing glorious views across to Fuerteventura The ferry port is also just a 5 minute walk away which offers guests the opportunity to visit Fuerteventura for the day Travel Flights to Arrecife Airport can be sought from many UK airports with the airport itself just over a half hour taxi ride away Should you wish to explore the island then there are numerous car hire places nearby We recommend you visit Freedom Properties who are located across the road from the complex and who would be happy to arrange car hire or excursions for you Distances Femes 4 kilometres Yaiza 7 kilometres Puerto del Carmen 29 kilometres Teguise 30 kilometres Booking notes A 50 per week deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure The prices quoted are based on 2 people sharing For parties of 3 or 4 a nominal 20 per person should be added for those guests Prices include welcome pack maid service and are fully inclusive A discount is available for bookings of 4 weeks or more Guest comments We have stayed in a few bungalows on Jardin del Sol and in our opinion this one is the best Well be back again next year
