Property Details of Fuerteventura Villa

All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished with ceiling fans. 2 family bedrooms which can be made into triple rooms, 1 with ensuite; and 2 twin bedded rooms.
There is a sofa bed in the living area.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms are well equipped with marble surrounds etc. There is a bath and shower, as well as a separate shower. Outside there is also a solar powered shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil possible. There is a large cooker with a hob, an American-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.
Utility Room: The utility area includes a washing machine and drying facilities.
Living Rooms: The spacious areas comprise both inside and outside, with lots of areas for relaxing. The dining area includes satellite TV, DVD, video etc.
Other: Outside there are spacious outdoor terraces with sunbeds, tables & chairs. The jacuzzi seats 6 adults. There is a purpose built brick barbeque for alfresco dining. The whole villa is enclosed by large brick walls for total privacy and seclusion.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels (not beach) and linen are included. The towels are changed mid week and the linen weekly. The property is cleaned weekly or more frequently if requested.
Notes on accommodation
The property is very private indeed, with car parking for 3/4 cars behind the large private gates. It is very family friendly and suitable for people with walking difficulties because some of the bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Outside
The swimming pool is approx 7m x 4.5m with a shallow end for children and steps from the roman end. Situated next to the Pool is a fabulous hot tub which is just perfect for gazing at the night stars from the hot tub. There are plenty of sun lounger beds as well as outdoor tables and chairs.
