Stairs from main entrance way lead up to Master bedroom with large double bed, ddressing table and 4 double wardrobes, door to balcony with amazing views to La Gomera, door to ensuite bathroom having bath with shower over, double vanity unit, wc and bidet. Second bathroom again with bath and shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit. Second bedroom with twin beds and 2 double wardrobes.
The complex pool is located a couple of minutes walk above the house with unbeatable views over the surrounding area.
Local Area DetailsThe property is located up quite a steep hill but just a few minutes drive from the centre of Las Americas so everything is within easy reach but you can return to the peace of a residential area when you want to chill out There is a local supermarket bar and video shop a wider range of bars restaurants and supermarkets can be found a couple of minutes drive away as can the beach and costal walks
