We offer you the holiday house for rent in the Augustów lake district (North-East of Poland). The house is located on the picturesque high North bank of Studzieniczne Lake in Przewięź – small village 4 miles away from Augustów, one of the most famous Polish tourist resorts. You will have a direct access to the lake with private deck where you can moor the sail yacht or motor boat. The Lake lies on the route of Augustowski Channel and Czarna Hańcza River, very close to Rospuda River. It is also famous for being visited by John Paul II when he traveled through these waters during his official visit to Poland in 1999 – from the higher terrace of the house you can even see the beautiful church on the lake island with Pope’s small monument that was raised in commemoration of that trip.

The Lake is located in the protected silent zone, noisy powered motor boats and water scooters may not be used (you can go to Białe Lake through Studzieniczna Lock, 250 yards from the house). The house is surrounded by the beautiful and clean forests of Augustowska Woods. It belongs to a small holiday village consisting of houses of similar type, the site size is approximately ½ acre The guests will have two parking places for their cars, on the other side of the house (South, on the high bank) you will find the place for outdoor dining (table + chairs). In the lower part of the site, on the lake shore, there is a place for a bonfire.

You can also find the sandy beach in the walking distance from the house (on Białe Lake) with few shops (food stores), tourist restaurants and bars, resorts offering the boat charters and bikes for rent. For those who prefer active form of spending their holidays – Hotel SPA Wojciech with tennis, swimming pool, SPA, also with good restaurant. We encourage you to arrange car excursions to tourist places within Augustów Lake District, as well as to neighboring countries – Lithuania. Very close to the city of Augustów offering many attractions in the Summer season: concerts on the open air, water ski school with unique towing system, excursion lake boats etc.
