This first floor, one bedroom apartment enjoys sea views and overlooks well-maintained gardens. Playa Bastian beach is a 2 minute walk away down a private road. There are 3 restaurants on site, supermarkets and shops are opposite the apartment. There a 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated.The bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and fitted waldrobes.

The door leads onto the balcony with sea views.
