A gem for people looking for that somewhere special.Sunshine cottage enjoys a private position on the edge of the sea with beautiful uninterrupted views and a small beach surrounded by rocks and tidal pools in front of it. A private Golf /Sports Club is located within a 5-minute drive or 10 to 15 minute walk.This is a spacious modern house that comfortably sleeps 6/8 adults. There are 5 bedrooms, but one bedroom - en suite bathroom, plus a sitting room upstairs, remains locked as it is the owner's private accommodation and is not included in rental. The remaining 4 bedrooms in the house are spread over 3 floors.They are all double rooms one of which has an Extra King Size bed with en suite facilities on the ground floor. Next to it is another double bedroom with 2 single beds and an en - suite showerroom. (Which also houses the laundry facilities,washing machine and tumble dryer.) Down stairs, below the house, there is another bedroom/storage room with an en - suite bathroom. We have used this room previously as an au pair/housekeeper room. On the first floor there is a further large bedroom with 1 ¾ bed and one normal size double bed. Next to this room, there is another bathroom. the house also boasts 1 ½ sitting areas, a dining room , kitchen ,with all amenities. More photographs are available via e mail.

Sunshine cottage is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom Chalet style house perched on the rocks above the Indian Ocean on the South Eastern Coast of South Africa in the Garden route. It is situated approximately 60 km from Humansdorp to the North 120 km from Port Elizabeth and 100 km from Plettenberg Bay to the South along the Garden Route on the Tsitsikamma Coast The closest town/village is Kareedouw.This house is ideally situated for discovering the gems of the Garden route, the Langkloof valley, Tha Small Karoo with it's ostrich farms and game lodges and the divwersity of fauna and flora that this area offers.At the local farmstall one could find information about things to do like black tubing down the rivers, absailing, rambling, horseriding, diving , hot air ballooning, fishing and eating delicious fresh seafood.
