There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and views of the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and wonderful views. The third bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is an additional shower room with WC.

There are two terraces. A patio door from the lounge leads onto a sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the gardens and pools. There is a stairway from this terrace leading to the very large roof top solarium which is equipped with sun loungers and a table & chairs. From the roof terrace there are breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, nearby golf courses, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.

There are large swimming pools and children's pool all set in spacious landscaped gardens. There is 24-hour security and a video porter in the apartment. The apartment has underground car parking with a dedicated parking space.

Local Area Details

Perfectly nestled between the picturesque village of Casares and the beautiful Mediterranean coast Casares del Sol offers an idyllic location. The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar. Within close proximity are the Ports of Estepona Sotogrande and Puerto Banus with golf courses restaurants and nightlife in plenty. The apartment is located near to the beaches of Sabinillas with its many shops bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing others are quiet, the choice is yours.

Next to Sabinillas is the Puerto de la Duquesa a beautiful marina surrounded by bars restaurants. At night you can have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water. English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican they are all here. They are open all day and stay open until late at night.

Walking or driving up into the hills you will find the wonderfully quaint hill top village of Casares typical of the Andalucian architecture. The historic white village of Casares is set in the mountains amongst the battlements of a Roman Moorish fortress and derelict church.
