Consisting of three properties and situated in a beautiful olive grove.
Each villa has two bedrooms with air conditioning and they surround a large private pool. Villas can be rented individually, or as a block booking - perfect for an extended family holiday, or going away with a group of friends.
Bedrooms - One twin and one double bedroom, each with French doors leading on to a terrace. Fitted wardrobe, dressing table and mirror. Air-conditioning.
Bathroom – Large shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin & washing machine.
Lounge/Dining room – Spacious with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs. French doors leading to a covered terrace.
Kitchen – Fully fitted with four-ring electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle. High quality utensils and crockery
Facilities – Air-conditioned bedrooms and central heating. TV & DVD player. Iron & ironing board, airer. Solar & electric water heating, pump assisted shower. Books & games. Furniture and plants on terraces.
Pool Area – 8 x 10 metre swimming pool with segregated shallow end, sun-loungers and umbrellas. BBQ – Very large communal brick built BBQ.

Local Area DetailsSituated on the outskirts of the village of Chorafakia on the historic Akrotiri peninsula the villas are located in a beautiful and peaceful olive grove with a romantic view of the White Mountains The beautiful shallow bay of Tersanas is situated approximately 1km away and is very popular with visiting families also the famous Stavros beach is a mere 5 minute drive Amenities offered in the village include two genuine Greek restaurants where you may well be invited into the kitchen two general stores a hair dressers and a bakery There is also an airconditioned bus service which runs from the village to the local beaches and directly to Chania The local taxi service is also reliable and reasonably priced To explore this area fully and to make the most of your holiday we recommend that you hire a car
