The apartments A604 and A515 are duplex type on two floors with living room, balcony, open plan kitchen, toilet and entrance from the block by lift or by stairs. At entrance in lobby there are internal stairs to the bedroom, loft bed double at top of stairs (A604), another balcony and bathroom on the upper level of the duplex. A515 is similar to A604, however, sleeps 4 maximum. A405 is on fourth floor, large double balcony and living room with 2 x twin sofa beds, sleeping 4/5/6 max. It commands good views to the sea, the town and Adeje area, and to the Aquapark up the hill. It is a quiet area with swimming pool yet walking distance of hundred metres to the nightlife. A good supermarket is close by for all your needs.

The apartment block comprises a mixture of owners, short term rents, residential, etc. Ocean Park is in the Adeje/San Eugenio area close to all the shops, restuarants, Skypark and Aquapark. It is on the south side (beach side) of the main north/south motorway. A walk to the beach or Puerto Colon is minutes away. Ocean Park should not be confused with Ocean View which is up that hill and far to walk!

To go to the beach at Puerto Colon, Torviscas, Americas simply take the pedestrian walkway at the side of the OCEAN BEACH hotel (next to the OCEAN PARK block) and walk down to the beach in a few minutes!

OCEAN PARK APARTMENT 604 PHASE I and APARTMENT 515 and 405 PHASE II PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS SOUTH TENERIFE Upon arrival at Tenerife airport take a taxi to OCEAN PARK APARTMENTS PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS The apartment key security gate key and store suitcase cupboard key are issued in the UK prior to your departure normally upon receipt of your balance money due You simply post back the keys upon your return in the prepaid SAE jiffy bag For A604 Phase I entering the complex passing through from the San Eugenio Supermercado side carry on to pass the ADMIRAL bar and take steps to the stairs up or the lift The entrance to the apartment is on the third floor This is the top floor in the block There are stairs internally to reach the upper level of the apartment Leaving the lift on the third floor take a right and walk right along the corridor to apartment 604 The apartment is double security locked from entrance door and requires two full turns and a quarter to open The balcony doors have seperate keys inside which remain in position A personal safe box is provided in the apartment found in the living room cupboard and can be used for passportstravel documents etc The key for safe remains in apartment after use during your stay For A515 Phase II entering the complex via the side road beside Hernandez Bar carry along to Phase II entrance and take steps up to the stairs and the lift The apartments are provided with change of bed linens and towels each week and these are exchanged normally on a Friday or Tuesday dependant on duration of stay General cleaning and tidiness is the responsibility of the apartment visitors Apartment shall be cleaned and ready for next visitors upon your departure Normal exit time is 1000 am upon day of departure The apartment has one bath towel and one hand towel per person per week I suggest that you take with you adequate towels as being hot showering pool beach has much need and towels are used more than many unused clothes taken with you The apartment has an alarm clock for wakeup if needed For return to the airport just grab a taxi on the street The journey time is 15 minutes approx and normally checkin is 2 hours before
