The apartments and its complex constructed during early nineties by the recognised LEPTOS local reputible builder of quality homes / villas / apartments in southern Cyprus. The self-catering apartments provide quality and comfort for our guests. From the balcony you overlook the central courtyard area.
A popular yet quiet location within Pafos, the complex is across from the "Alexander the Great Hotel" at beachside. The apartments are on the inside of the complex overlooking courtyard/poolside, with no noisy traffic. Free car parking is at rear next to the tennis court.
Close walking distance to facilities and amenities; banks, bars and restaurants as well as the picturesque Pafos Harbour. There municipal sandy beach is across the road to the left of hotel with sun loungers/parasols for hire @ £1.25 per day.

Balcony/veranda: Table + chairs and 2 x reclining seat chairs.
Within the apartment it has the usual furnitures and fixtures and also the following items:

* At the swimming pool Clubhouse there are sun loungers, soft mats, parasols, etc which cost a minimal entry of £1 CYP per person per day. However if you buy weekly or monthly tickets other rates apply.
* The Limnaria Clubhouse hours are 10am to 6pm and normally open April to Ocotber each year. By the pool area there are male and female toilets, changerooms, showers and stores.
* Pool bar serves snacks and drinks, etc
* Tennis court on site next to car parking at rear and entry gained via the Limnaria Club facility.
The kitchenette off the living room has an electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer, sink, etc and the usual range of kitchen appliances/gadgets, etc.
Bedrooms and living room have 3 speed pull cord "coolie" fans with lights. Separate pull cords for fan or light or both. The Sky dish on roof of 113, serves most channels via the Sky boxes in each apartment in living room beside televisions.
The apartment is provided with a change of bed linen and towels each week and these are exchanged, normally after each week, dependent on duration of stay. General cleaning and tidiness is the responsibility of the apartment visitors. Apartment shall be cleaned and ready for next visitors upon your departure, by our cleaners. The apartment has TWO bath towels and one hand towel per person per week. I suggest that you take with you adequate towels as being hot, showering, pool, beach has much need and towels are used more, than unused clothes taken with you!!
The apartment has double security locked from entrance door and requires one full turn and a quarter turn to open, anti-clockwise. The balcony doors from the living room have a push down latch to open and to close. The apartment door key is issued in the UK in SAE (jiffy bag) by postal service. The safebox key is in the apartment for use during your stay and leave in apartment upon departure.
Upon arrival at Paphos international airport simply collect your suitcases / belongings and take a taxi to Limnaria West Park, opposite Alexander the Great Hotel which is approximately 15 mins. or 8 miles with a fare of approx £17 GBP or £14 CYP. A location map of Paphos Town and places to visit/see are marked on a street map sheet and issued with the keys by me in the UK approximately 3/4 weeks before arrival date. My cleaner and her husband can arrange airport transfers to and from and full details are provided upon final payment balance when I issue the door keys.
