The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with air-conditioning, a fully equipped modern kitchen and an elegantly appointed dining area which seats up to eight people. The patio doors lead to the furnished terrace and private pool. There is also a downstairs toilet. The upstairs rooms are fully air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a four-poster bed and balcony with views towards the sea, as well as an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds placed together and also a private balcony with sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is central heating for use in the short winter season.
