Newly decorated, very cosy! Living/dining room with kitchen, fire place and a pull-out bed in a cupboard. Bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed. Nice garden, terrace.
The buildings have been restored and furnished tastefully with great care. We offer a total of 8 separate housing units (spread over 3 buildings).
Each house has its own drive, garden and garden furniture, terrace and grill as well as washing machine, TV, iron and coffee machine.
There is no traffic except for the cars of the guests so the grounds are ideal for children. Table tennis, table football and a basket ball basket are available on a near-by large field (see photo) as well as a few animals (e.g. dogs, cats, sheep).
2 additional stone grills are available for all guests on this playing field.
Local Area DetailsThe estate with three buildings is situated 3 km to the east of Ribadesella Very nice attractive location 300 m from the steep cliff and a small beach Unlimited possibilites for walks along the fantastic rocky coastline and in the backcountry incl marked hiking routes in a landscape of fields bushes meadows small woods and farm villages as well as very interessanting limestone formations amongst other things fossiles and imprints of dinosaur tracks The beach is reachable by a footpath through the fields and comfortable cobbeled path with steps down the cliff to the beach The extremely attractive small beach is not purely a sand beach but also has some rocks depending on the tide At low tide there are more rocks and it is slightly harder to reach the sea but in exchange there are many large natural swimming pools in the rock formations Approx 3 km from Ribadesella there is a large sand beach Distance to beach approx 300 m Shopping possibilities approx 3 km Restaurant approx 400 m Day of change Friday any day in the offpeak season Dogs allowed yes 40 EURanimal Heating available payable onsite Linentowels available and included in price Easter prices on request Surcharge 40 EUR only applies for one week stays in the peak season 0107 0109 NO EXTRA COSTS prices include waterelectricityfinal cleaning
