Urbanisation Playa Famara is a development of semi-circular bungalows built by Norwegian architects in the 1970s. The development has a bar / restaurant and a local shop. The pretty fishing village of Caleta de Famara is only a couple of kilometres away.
The apartment has a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. There are also two further twin beds in a sleeping area which is separated from the living area by a curtain. This sleeping area also has an ensuite shower room.
The open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a dining area and a kitchenette.
To the front of the property is a terrace area which has a table, chairs and sunloungers.
