This 5-STAR resort condominium has the FULL range of resort facilities in the one complex: SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS AND SQUASH COURTS, WATER SLIDE, CHILDREN'S POOL, JACUZZI, GYMNASIUM and even a BBQ area and a sauna all in an extensively landscaped and secure environment.
The unit is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world. There is also a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex.


All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen, including a dishwasher and hot water(not standard in most self catering apartments in Penang!). There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. A weekly, or more regular, cleaning service is available on request.

The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).
