Ideally situated in “Montesano” A peaceful Urbanisation which is a mix of residential and holiday homes, situated on the slopes of the Sierra Segaria mountain range, above the 300 year old village of Sanet y Negrals
The property is located just 5 minute drive to the market town of Ondara and 10 minutes into Denia. It is 500 meter walk to the nearest Restaurant and a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) down to the village and its amenities.
The nearest Beach is 10 minute drive away at Els Poblets and Las Marinas, with numerous Beach Bars, Chiringuitos and Beach side restaurants.

Sanet and Negrals is a picturesque village with a blue domed church, 2 little Spanish grocery stores, butcher, 2 bakeries, a bank, tobacconist and chemist.
There are also 3 restaurant, one English, one Spanish, one German and 3 Spanish Bars. Neighbouring villages also provide an excellent choice of restaurants and bars

The apartment looks over and opens onto the Pool Terrace and guests have the exclusive use of the Pool and Terrace during their stay.
The main living area offers spacious comfortable open plan sitting and dining with TV. (Spanish only) but there is a DVD player and Radio CD player.
Archway through to the large bedroom, with Kingsize bed.
There is a second bedroom with twin beds.
The open plan kitchen has fridge, 2 ring ceramic hob and a microwave grill oven.
There is a shower room with shower cubicle.

The outside of the property there are sun loungers and ample terrace furniture.
There is use of a washing machine in the garage by arrangement.
There is a BBQ terrace with Pergola, a large traditional Spanish built in charcoal BBQ. and Paella ring if required
There is an additional hot/cold shower on the terrace
There is a beach umbrella, cold box and beach mats at the guests disposal for your days out.

The owners will meet and greet you with a welcome pack, and are on hand if you need information or advice about the area.

In the Northern Costa Blanca there are so many places of interest they include:-
Guadalest an inland mountain village 600m above sea level in the mountains with its 12th century moorish castle. An absolute must see.
The Fonts d' Agua Waterfalls at Callosa d'EnSarria
Benidorm and its four Themed Parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar and Aqualandia. 30 minutes away
There are markets galore, the most famous being The Jalon Market on Saturdays in the Jalon valley.
There are caves, safari parks, Go karting and a Bull Ring in Ondara (5 minutes),
Golf: There are 3 championship Golf courses nearby, and many more further afield
Boats, big boats, little boats, Marinas, The Port at Denia, excursions and trips around the bay or to Ibiza
Fishing, Watersports, Diving, Snorkling, Windsurfing etc.
Nature Parks, Climbing, Walking, Cycling. You'll have to return year on year to fit it all in!
