Our villa is in a medieaval village, with shops, bar and restaurant, detached villa with terraces and secure swimming pool. Garden with barbeque and furniture. Perfect for families travelling together, two independent floors with five bedrooms including master bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom and ensuite, plus two twin rooms, a shower room and a separate WC, kitchen and large sitting/dining room. The kitchen and sitting room have French doors to the balcony. Downstairs, there is one double room, one twin room, shower room/WC and a large sitting room with a kitchen croner. The whole is pleasantly furnished and decorated. There is a pool table and a DVD player with monitor attached to watch films (plenty of films supplied!). there are also books and games for our guests' use. Local Area DetailsThe village is on the edge of a beautiful national park with wonderful walks swimming lakes and rivers Mediterranean beaches are only 20 miles away Easily accessible for walled cities eg Carcassonne and Aigues Mortes just 20 minutes from Pezenas and 30 minutes from Beziers with its beautiful flower market.
