Washer and Dryer is coin operated .Post Occupancy cleaning fee of US400 dollars. Accepts credit card payments only. Fifty percent (50%) of the full rental payment is required by credit card to confirm reservation . The remaining balance of the rental payment will be applied to the credit card provided 60 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of US$500 is due upon arrival. Damage deposit will be returned by mail or in person within 0-30 business days from the day of departure if met the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. No smoking, no pets and no house parties. All fees become non refundable if cancelled less than 60 days from arrival date. |
