Temple House is a luxury private villa situated on Ko Lanta island off the west coast of southern Thailand, near Krabi.

Ko Lanta is a beautiful tropical island located only a couple of hours away from the international airport of Krabi and only 30 minutes from Phuket by seaplane.

The villa is 5 minutes walk from Ao Kantiang beach in a secluded hillside location, with panoramic views of the ocean, coastal beaches and rainforest.

Temple House currently sleeps a maximum of 6 people and has the following facilities:

Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
2 further double bedrooms with private balconies
1 further bathroom
1 wc
open plan living room and kitchen with sunset and sea views
private swimming pool
garage with ample parking space
Temple House is a 3 level property, of which only 2 floors are currently furnished. As of February 2008 Temple House will sleep a maximum of 12 people and have the following extra facilities:

MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

TEMPLE HOUSE is a detached 3 storey villa tucked away in a corner of the Oriental Residensea deveopment.

The 1st Floor has 2 double bedrooms: the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and sliding glass doors which look out over the pool and the horizon.

There is one more bathroom and a reading room which leads out to a large terrace next to the pool. All terraces and the pool have 280 degree sea views and sunsets.

The 2nd Floor has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, and a living area with traditional thai teak furniture, floor mats and cushions. The living area has a higher balcony overlooking the sea. The room has large glass windows giving panoramic views of the rainforest, beach and sea.

There is one further double bedroom here with a large private balcony facing the sea, and 1 WC.

(The Villa's ground floor is currently not in use and will be furnished in 2008.)

Services provided:

- Linen and towels provided (not toiletries)

- Maid service 2 times per week (fresh linen, bins empty and cleaning)

- Transfers from Krabi or Saladan Ferry Port (if required)

- Meeting with personal contact on the island, who will show you around the house

- Welcome pack with basic provisions and information folder

This Villa is NOT a serviced villa so it is perfect for those wishing to undertake a more independant holiday but still have the comforts you are used to and the privacy of your own house. We can arrange other services on request such as :

There is no TV in the villa but there are speakers for laptop computers which can be used to view DVD's or play CD's.
