Our luxury townhouse is on the prestigious golf resort of La Torre Polaris World. There are 14 communial pools within just a 5 minute walk one being just at the end of our road. We are just a few minutes walk to the town centre where there is a club house many bars and restaurants too. At present there is a 5 star intercontinental hotel being built that is due to finish at the end of 2008. We have a 3 storey town house which sleeps 6. On the ground floor we have a twin room that has 2 single beds.Next door there is a bathroom with shower facilities. In the lounge we have 2 leather setees one of which is a pull down double sofa bed.This is an easy pull that pulls down in one movement. We have a seperate dining area which is accessed through patio doors. This area is enclosed and has glass bi folding doors that can be folded right across to open out.This makes the lounge area more spacious as there is no dining table in the lounge like most of these propertys do. Our kitchen area has all the mod cons and utencils,which include a washing machine,microwave,toaster,dishwasher,and oven with a hob. Upstairs we have a double bedroom with an en suite full bathroom with a shower/bath.This room is delightful that has a kingsize bed.You can open patio doors from the bedroom onto the middle terrace.The views are very beautiful of the groves.We have rattan table and chairs set and sunbeds for use.There is also a large parasol. Upstairs on the top terrace again there are views from the front and rear of the property. We have air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge area. We have central heating for the slightly colder months. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted in the property. The downstairs caters for the disabled. We have free use of a travel cot bed. We have free use of a set of golf clubs to use.
