This lovely villa is superbly located in the village of Pissouri. From the villa there are beautiful views down to Pissouri Bay. The villa is built in the centre of three terraces of an old vineyard. On one level is the two bedroomed/two bathroomed villa, on the other a one bedroomed/one bathroomed flat and the final terrace has the swimming pool. The property may be rented as a whole or the upper villa and lower garden flat can be rented seperately. The whole is landscaped with colourful flowers and fruit trees. The large swimming pool area has six sunbeds, garden furniture and a small changing room with a shower, wc and washbasin and a small kitchen with fridge and electric kettle.

The villa has a reception hall furnished with tables and a sofa. A few steps lead up to the open plan sitting and dining room, where there are two comforatable sofas and a chair. There are coffee tables, a television with BFBS, radio and CD player. The dining table has six matching chairs. Four sliding doors lead out onto the balcony with its tables and chairs where one can sit and enjoy the views.

The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas and electric hob, microwave and washing machine.

In the main villa there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with hand shower over. Steps beside the villa lead down to the third bedroom with double and single bed (in the same bedroom) in the Garden Flat. Each bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables with lamps.

The Garden Flat has a double bedroom and a large bathroom with bath, wash basin, wc and shower cubicle. The small sitting room has a comfortable sofa, table, chairs, television with BFBS and radio. The kitchen provides some independence from the main villa with its own fridge/freezer, washing machine and cooker etc. Sliding doors from the flat lead out onto a large terrace with its own garden furniture.

Local Area Details

Pissouri is a small resort which still retains a traditional Cypriot atmosphere The village is centred around a square and there are plenty of small shops tavernas and a couple of banks Pissouri Beach is a short 3 minute drive from the village down the mountainside and there are several tavernas shops and other amenities here Watersports are also available at the beach The golf courses of Secret Valley Tsada and Aphrodite Hills are all within half an hours drive from Pissouri The large town of Paphos with its airport is about a 35 minute drive from Pissouri and the large city of Limassol is about the same distance away in the other direction
