Estia Villa has three levels and is situated in Seacaves, near Coral Bay. It is in a wonderful position overlooking the sea and in a quiet area, although there is a taverna within walking distance. Coral Bay is within easy reach by car, and the larger town of Paphos is also a short drive away. Outside the villa there is a large upper terrace which has a table and chairs and a barbecue. This area leads down to the swimming pool and terrace which has sunloungers. The modern sitting / dining room has a large corner sofa, coffee table and LCD TV with DVD player. The dining area has a large table with ten high back chairs. Stairs lead to the basement, which has been made into a games room. A pool table, comfortable sofas and a selection of board games are provided, and there is a cloakroom on this level. Also located on this level is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, iron and board. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room also has a very large private balcony which overlooks the pool and has lovely sea views. The third double bedroom and the second twin bedroom both have ensuite shower rooms and a private balcony. Air conditioning is provided and also central heating during the winter months.
