Property Details of Southern Cyprus Villa
Casablanca is a four bedroom villa in Pissouri Village. The village square is a half hour stroll where there are tavernas, shops and banks. Pissouri beach is just a short drive.
The villa has a partly covered veranda which has a table and chairs and this overlooks the lovely swimming pool, terrace and garden. There are sunloungers and a barbecue and the magnificent view is towards the blue mediterranean sea.
You enter the villa to the sitting / dining room which is open plan. There is a dining table with five chairs, two sofas and two cane armchairs. Also in this are is an LCD television with BFPS, DVD player, video and CD/radio. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, iron and board. Also on this level is a cloakroom.
Upstairs there is a large balcony which overlooks the pool area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The other two double bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and the fourth bedroom is a twin. There a separate family bathroom. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning/warm air units.
Local Area DetailsPissouri is a small resort which still retains a traditional Cypriot atmosphere The village is centred around a square and there are plenty of small shops tavernas and a couple of banks Pissouri Beach is a short 3 minute drive from the village down the mountainside and there are several tavernas shops and other amenities here Watersports are also available at the beach The golf courses of Secret Valley Tsada and Aphrodite Hills are all within half an hours drive from Pissouri The large town of Paphos with its airport is about a 35 minute drive from Pissouri and the large city of Limassol is about the same distance away in the other direction
