It is an outdoor paradise on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. This special location on the Pacific West Coast boasts long hot summers and warm winters. The cottage is fully fitted and equiped with everything you need from towels and linens, to Cable TV & DVD's, all designed to ensure a care free fantastic holiday is awaiting you. There is a full wrap around covered deck with outdoor gas BBQ for you to sit back and enjoy the Ocean views.

The Cottage is south facing and has direct beach access. It is a wonderful place to watch ocean wild life including migrating salmon, seals and pacific dolphins. The Cottage is surrounded by tall cedars and has a number of Bald Eagles which can be seen every day from the deck of the Cottage fishing in the bay.

Local Area Details

Fantastic location for outdoor adventures all on your door step for all ages and abilities. There is a local golf course which has year round public access, the area is world renowned for it's amazing fresh water lakes which are crystal clear and perfect for the family. In the summer months these lakes warm up quickly and are wonderful for swimming in. You can fish, canoe, swim or just relax at the many lakes in the local area.

Some of the bigger lakes such as Ruby Lake cater for water sking and boat rentals. Nearby are endless hiking trails which lead you through old growth rain forests where if you are quite enough you can see wild deer and native beaver. Ocean Kayaking is very popular in this area and there are many local stores offering daily rentals and lessons. Mountain biking is also a big favourite.

Pender Harbour offers some of the best recreational SCUBA dive sites in the world so if you really want to get wet you can hook up with our local dive shop who can advise you on the best locations.

This is a boaters and fishermans paradise with incredible freshwater and ocean fishing. This location has some of the best ocean salmon fishing in the world with local boat charters available all year round.
