Casa Ellen Grandes is a very unique opportunity for two or three families wishing to holiday together.
This is two 3 bedroom detached villas, located very close together on the opposite side of the road (about 2 minutes walk apart). Each villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms, and identical in model, except one of them has a large plot with a large private pool which these two villas share.
Casa Ellen Grandes villas are situated on Camposol Golf, perfectly located on the Golf sector "C", very close to the golf club house, hotel and golf course (about 5 minutes walk).
Camposol Golf has many onsite faciliites: Spanish, Chinese, Asian, Italian restaurants, various bars, ten pin bowling alley, as well as a large supermarket.
The beautiful Puerto De Mazarron, marina, beaches, and tree line esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants is just 15 minutes drive, a real pleaseure to spend the evening here...
The two villas: Casa Ellen, and Neptuno Gains each has the following:
Ensuite bedroom on upper level acceses from external stairs, with patio doors leading to a private roof terrace with views across the Sierra Espuna mountain range.
Two further bedrooms on the lower level, both ensuite.
There is a double bedroom, and 2 twin rooms in each, with Casa Ellen havng two additional foldaway air beds (single).
TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridgefreezer.
Ample garden furniture.
The pool at Casa Ellen is in situ on a large corner plot, and shared by both villas. 8 * 7 metres in total. There is also a very nice built in BBQ and chiminea, and ample garden furniture.
Both villas have ceiling fans in all bedrooms, as well as Casa Ellen having satelite TV, and an extra TV in the double bedroom.

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida with many fine beaches It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana into Murcia which takes 20 minutes Mazarron Town with banks and little shops and restaurants as well as the markets is just 10 minutes drive The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques as well as a small marina
