Being high and close to the sea, there is always a lovely welcoming breeze through the apartment. The interior areas were completely rebuilt, modernised and refurbished in 2005/6 but still retains it quirky charm. Brand new fitted kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area. New fully tiled modern bathroom. A winding staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, with its amazing 360 degree vista of Collioure, the bay and mountains. Fantastic for watching all the activities on the water.

Prud'Homie is a self-catering apartment in a simple modern style with an ecletic mix of furnishings. If bed line and towels have been requested then you will find your beds freshly made. Included in your price is a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, local wine and flowers.

It is designed for comfortable relaxation, with a selection of books and CD/DVD's. There are new beds in all three bedrooms. The 2 double bedrooms have modern basin vanity units, shaver points and lights; wardrobes, bedside tables with reading lights. These rooms have the original shutters at the windows. Up a winding staircase there is a new twin bedded room. The ultra modern kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment for 6 to make your holiday stay as easy as possible, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The kitchen, dining, and lounge area has ample comfortable seating, and is part of one large space which has 2 french windows with original shutters that lead onto small balconies with views of the beach and main square. The tiled bathroom has a full lengh bath with a powerful shower, shaver point, mirror and electric towel radiator. The W.C. is separate from the bathroom.
