Other Details: The property is based on an old olive farm that dates back to the 17th century and has now has been fully restored and is functioning as a restaurant and holiday retreat, with swimming pools and extensive gardens and grounds. There are 4 farm houses within the grounds of the estate that have all been fully restored to typical rustic Tuscan style apartments that are rented out. Full use of the grounds comes as part of the annual maintenance fee which will be approximately 1,000 euros per property. The Apartments have a high quality finish with original chestnut wood beams throughout. Traditional materials and styles have been used to give the properties an authentic feel and look. The layout of the rooms is practical and the rooms are spacious, as are the terraces and porches.. The bathrooms are finished in white porcelain and all the original features in the apartments have been retained, with arches lined in traditional stone and individual open fire places. There is a large and private garden area to go with the apartments. There are four apartments altogether, three with one-bedroom and one with two-bedrooms. We have two apartments that we can link together and that can be rented as a whole or separately, giving flexibility. Linked together, the 2 ground floor apartments offer a three-bedroom, two bathroom option. The apartments are fully furnished.

The town of Seggiano is a short distance away from the apartment and is best known for its thriving olive industry. This apartment is also ideal for those wanting to explore Tuscany's art cities and many world heritage sites. Grosetto, a city famous for historical sites such as the Medicean Walls and its cathedral, and the coast can be reached comfortably by car. For those wanting to venture further, Rome is 2.5 hours away; Perugia is of interest to history buffs and chocolate lovers alike, the town being particularly well-known nowadays for its Perugina Baci. The town is 80km by road.
