Property Details
A very well appointed and comfortable villa on the small
urbanisation of Casa Blanca that lies some 5 kms to the west of
Nerja town.
The villa has two bedrooms on separate levels: the master bedroom
with it’s own bathroom with bath, shower and bidet and on lower
floor, a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom is immediately
next to the similarly equipped second bathroom.
The kitchen, which has been recently refurbished, is equipped with a
dishwasher, ceramic hob top, eye-level electric oven/grill,
microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
The sitting room, in which there is a sofa bed that can be used for
two extra guests, leads onto a large south-facing terrace where
there is a barbecue. With the roof terrace, from which a 360-degree
panoramic view of the sea and the mountains can be obtained and the
south-facing terrace leading from the master bedroom, guests can
make the most of the sun throughout the day. The beautiful community pool is reserved for the exclusive use of
the residents of the small community and therefore never crowded and
is a short walk from the front door of the villa.
The villa is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach where there
are restaurants and water sports. The beach is illuminated at night
and is popular walk into Nerja town. There is an excellent bus
service to and from the town and taxis are always available.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the
villa is equipped with a television that receives ��–Sky’ and other
channels, and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings in the
winter months. An iron and ironing board is also provided. Car hire,
scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.
