A fully equipped apartment unit homestay in the Sri Sayang Resort Building near the Beach of Batu Ferringhi, Penang, Malaysia. Available on weekly or monthly basis for one to four persons, directly by the owner while he is abroad. The owner is not connected to the management of other apartments in this building.
The apartment is the owner's home away from home. An inviting living room extends into a fully covered balcony with tasteful wicker, rattan and wrought iron furniture, with a panoramic 180 degree view of the ocean and Batu Ferringhi bay area. A hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with private bathroom and a large balcony with sea vista, and two further bedrooms with ocean and forest views, each with queen size beds. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. The half-open walkway that leads to the apartment shows raw hillside jungle view.
The apartment is an ideal base for a beach and cultural vacation. Or for getting way from things to focus on your forthcoming book, or researching Penang and Batu Ferringhi as your future second home or retirement location (but this apartment is not for sale). Or to simply enjoy yourself.
Local Area DetailsIt's about 300 meters (900 yards) walking to the beach. You might also enjoy the quite popular beach bar hut of the Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, which is very close by at the beach.
