Our cottage and ground floor apartments are quietly situated in the old market town of Bishops Stortford,close to Stansted. They are surrounded by communal gardens, with a patio to the rear. They have fully equipped kitchens with full oven, washer, micro, fridge/freezer etc and all kitchen utensils. Each bathroom has a full bath and electic shower over.
Some have a full double size sofa bed in the lounge so can sleep 4 . Ideal for a town break with easy access to London and Cambridge.

Local Area Details

Half way between London and Cambridge by train, easy access to Henry Moore sculpture garden and Duxford air Museum. The old market town itself has shops, restaurants, leisure facilites,,cinema etc and a thriving Thursday market which stretches from one end of town to the other. There is pleasant open countryside and river walks around the town. With a car all the lovely 'olde worlde' Essex and Suffolk (Lovejoy)villages can be visited.
