The property is 5 hectars and located quite near EUR, a Rome's south neighbourhood, just outside the gates of Rome. The location is perfect for a relaxing Roman holiday, combining peaceful, rural surroundings with ease of access to Rome: Vigna Licia is easily connected to Rome's Underground by a bus line with a bus stop situated near to the entrance of the house. Also the airports, the Castelli Romani and the Mediterranean coast are within a few mil (All fifteen minutes by car.This is a charming, full renovated and independent apartment which sleep 4/5 . Every 30 / 45 minutes, the 703 bus travels to the “EUR Fermi” station on “Linea B” of the Rome Metro (Underground) system. From there, you can quickly reach the historical centre of the city and the Vatican without having to worry about parking. If you would rather use your car, you can drive to the EUR-Laurentina station on “Linea B” of the Metro in about 15 minutes. There is a huge car park that can accommodate over 1000 cars and it will only cost you € 1.50 (for a stay of up to 12 hours).
