The garden of the property is fully enclosed and the pool is fenced, making the property fine for young children. The Vendee coast is easily accessible (22 miles to La Faute sur Mer) as is the delightful town of La Rochelle (23 miles), with it's old port, superb shopping, excellent restaurants and numerous holiday attractions.

These dates may be extended if the weather allows but this is not guranteed. Equipment includes: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cot, high chair, BBQ, satellite TV (English channels), DVD player, central heating. Sheets and towels included.
