Beautiful, Luxury Villa with Private Pool and Panoramic views

Sleeps 4/5. 2 bedroom villa (excluding separate 1 bedroom annex) with private pool. Overlooking spectacular valley. Tranquil location. 15 mins to beach, 10 mins to Alberobello and Fasano. The village bar/restaurants serving local specialities is just 5 mins drive.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
Living room has is a sofa bed.
(Another bedroom is avaiable in an annex at extra price).

Entrance to the living area is from the portico into a modern very spacious open plan lounge/dining area with a large dining table/chairs (8) and a comfy seating area. TV, a little open fire place.

Newly installed kitchen fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, iron, electric coffee machine

1 bathroom in the villa wash-basin, shower, bidet, WC and cupboard.
(1 bathroom in the annex with wash-basin, shower, bidet, WC and cupboard).

Outside is very large panoramic sun terrace, accessed from the portico, furnished with a big-table, chairs, and living area. In swimming-pool area, in front of portico, there are sun-beds and umbrellas. In the same level of portico there is the swimming pool (10x5m and 1-2.5m deep). There is a car parking for 1 car in the villa grounds and another one outside. The garden is totally enclosed by a brick wall.

All towels and linen for use within the villa are included. Does not include pool/beach towels. Cleaning is done once a week, on changeover day.

Due to the number of steps leading up to the villa this property is not suitable for wheelchair access or elderly people.
