Located on a quiet street, in an elevated position giving views over the rooftops of other properties down to the sea. Access to the beach is a few minutes walk, however it is all downhill on the way there so be prepared for walking uphill on the way back. There is, however, lots of parking right behind the beach.

The entrance leads to the large open room which is a lounge, dining, kitchen by day and doubles with the use of the bed settee into the bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, table and seating for dining, a double sofa bed and wicker chairs and coffee table. Off the main room there is a well appointed bathroom. The property also benefits from an air conditioning / heating unit so makes a very comfortable base for use all year round.

Just a 5 minute drive along the sea front from Bosa Marina is the sea side resort of Porto Alabe Being built on a hillside sloping down towards the sea it gives the houses here wonderful sea views The main attraction here is the wide arc of fine sandy beach which narrows as it stretches along the coast and turns into a mixture of sand and rocks The town is slowly growing due to demand for holiday homes but the villas and houses are quite individual and this is not mass development by any means Any property here is just a short walk from the beach which can be reached by the many sets of steps leading down from the main road Porto Alabe has its own mini markets one open all year and the other during the summer months only a couple of bars that are open all year round and a couple which again are only open for summer and 2 pizzerias and a restaurant only open in summer However with a car you are in easy distance of both Bosa and many inland places of interest There is also a cliff path that starts near the main car park near the beach and leads to another small beach just a 15 min stroll away
