The brand new house is furnished and fitted to the highest standard and fully air-conditioned/heated throughout.
It is spacious and very well equipped with a high quality kitchen and comfortable lounge/dining area.
There are 2 large master bedrooms with double beds and a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool to the mountains beyond. The third bedroom has twin beds and there is a full bathroom and wc. There is plenty of room for an additional bed we is cahrged at 15 euros per week.
Local Area DetailsThe house is located in a quiet area with great mountain views but just 5 minutes drive into the resort town of Calpe with shops supermarkets bars restaurants and a great sandy beach The house is ideally situated for exploring the coastal resorts or the mountain villages and valleys full of oranges grapes cherries and almonds There are theme parks safaris and water parks within a 20 minute drive of the house
